It is submitted that the petitioner is implicated in similar cases i.e., Crime Nos. 14 of 2025, 36 of 2025 and 65 of 2024 which were registered against the petitioner on the complaints filed by different complainants. It is submitted that all the complaints are motivated complaints. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Kia 3. Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai district, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.80 of 2024, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner, subject to the petitioner cooperates with the investigation.
