1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband.
2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original (Matrimonial) Suit No.353 of 2024 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamtara.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife that marriage has taken place on 01.07.2021 as per Hindu Rites & Customs and after the said marriage, she has been humiliated and harassed by the Opposite Party. Being a female, she is not in a position to defend a case outside her home. Further, it has been submitted that she is a home maker and has no financial support also and as such prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid suit to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamtara.

Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the prayer.
5. Although there is no much distance between Dhanbad & Jamtara, but considering the peculiar facts of this case, the Original (Matrimonial) Suit No.353 of 2024, is hereby, transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dhanbad to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamtara.
6. The present transfer petition stands disposed of.
