Petitioner in this Writ Petition prays for the following relief:- “In the facts and under the circumstances stated above, the Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit this WRIT application and issue; a) Rule NISI calling upon the opp. Parties to show cause as to why the impugned Order under Annexure-6 shall not be set aside / quashed ; b) And if the O.P. fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said Rule absolute by issuing a WRIT in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned Order under Annexure-6; c) And be further pleased to declare action of O.P. in issuing the impugned Order in violation of principles of Natural justice as well as the provisions of law, as illegal and bad in law; d) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Opposite Parties not to take any coercive action against the petitioner during pendency of this WRIT application. e) Issue any appropriate writ(s)/direction(s)/order(s) deemed fit in the fact and circumstances of the case. And for which act of your kindness, the petitioner shall remain ever pray as in duty bound.” 3. In course of hearing, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has a remedy under section 58 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 to file an Appeal before this Court against the order impugned herein. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
