At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 has placed on record copy of office order dated 20.07.2025 passed by the respondents, re-fixing the pay of the petitioner and submits that financial benefits have been allowed to the petitioner in terms of the said order w.e.f. 17.03.2021 i.e. from the actual date of regularization of the services of the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2Ex.
