For reference, said order is reproduced hereinafter: "1. Heard Sri Manav Nand Chaurasiya, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs. Archana Singh, Advocate for Respondents-2 and 3. 2. Petitioner's prayer for transfer cannot be considered at this stage since present Academic Session is at the fag end. However, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to petitioner to file fresh application for transfer at the commencement of new Academic Session 2025-26 which will be considered by concerned respondent in accordance with law and taking note of grounds taken for transfer." 3.
