The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 200/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 366 & 367 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the wife of the informant. She left her matrimonial home with her two children. 4. It was submitted that this is case of extra marital affairs between the parties and she left her matrimonial home according to her own wish. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
