He would submit that as writ petition has already been disposed in favour of the husband of the petitioner, therefore, the authorities concerned are free to take decision on the application moved by the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Vedant Shadangi, respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application moved by the petitioner dated 23.07.2021 for grant of compassionate appointment strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
