OMP(M) No.217 of 2025 a/w OMP(M) Nos. 122 and 331 of 2025 It is pointed out now by the learned Senior Counsel that in Civil Appeal No.11794 of 2025 arising out of Special Leave Petition (C) No.10704 of 2019, titled Shiv Amma (Dead) by LRs versus Karnataka Housing Board and others, principle of law has been settled by the Apex Court recently. Keeping in view the fact that a large number of cases, as such, are arising on the issue of delayed applications, and challenge raised to the order under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the issue would require consideration. For the reasons given in the applications, which are duly supported by affidavits of the official, delay in filing these appeals are condoned. Appeals be registered. The applications are disposed of.
