Notice confined to respondents No.1 to 5. As no
order adverse to the interest of respondent No.6 is being passed, therefore, no notice is being issued to the said respondent.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of Annexure P-1 the petitioner has highlighted the illegalities committed by respondent No.6 to the authorities concerned, however, the authorities have not dealt with the matter till date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of
2 justice would be served in the case at this stage if this petition is disposed of with the direction that the complaint filed by the petition be taken to its logical conclusion within some reasonable time.

In light of the prayer so made this petition is
disposed of with the direction that let the complaint filed by the petitioner be taken to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice within three months from today. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the correctness of the contents of the complaint filed by the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
