Case No. 203 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. On 29.06.2025, at about 02:30 p.m., Gumla Police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused, while they were traveling on a motorcycle near Santoshi Mandir, Toto. It was submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was further submitted that the chargesheet has been submitted in this case and the case is triable by the Court of Judicial Magistrate. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla, in connection with Gumla P.S.
