Pushpa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 3 and Mr. Gyananda, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Government has already released the Death-cum-Retirement benefits in favour of the present petitioner and as such, the petitioner has partly got the relief sought for in this writ petition. The learned counsel further submitted that the present writ petition can be closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this court again, in the event, if the respondents failed to release any remaining amount due payable to the petitioner. Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA and Mr. Gyananda, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection. Recording the submission made by the counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is hereby closed with liberty as sought for.
