01. Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 submits that the committee constituted by the respondents has already conducted the inspection of the petitioner-institute and has submitted its report to the Secretary J&K Board, in terms of SRO 292 of 2018. As per the procedure prescribed in Rule 4 (b) (f) of SRO 292 of 2018 after the inspection committee has submitted its report, the competent authority has to examine the report so received and take final decision thereon within 30 days and convey the same to the educational agency.
02. In this view of the matter, with the consent of both the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the competent authority may examine the report so received and convey the decision taken thereon to the petitioner within the prescribed period. The petitioner thereafter is at liberty to take legal recourse against the decision taken by respondents.
03. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with all connected application(s).
