Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.212 of 2018 and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.302 of 2025 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act, Chengalpattu.
