As seen from the webland adangal history, the petitioner was entered the subject land in webland without any registered documents on 28.10.2023 through mutation. Hence, the above said mutation entries pertaining to the subject land are fraudulent. 2. The petitioner having PPB/TDs vide Khatha No.3363 which was not issued by The then Tahsildar, B. Kodur because the signature of the then Tahsildar.B.Kodur i.e.. Sri Vidya Sagar is different on PPB/TDs. Hence, the petitioner having RPB/TD's is fake. 3. The Petitioner was mentioned in Writ Petition as he got the subject land through his ancestors, but as per Revenue records available in this 4 - J W.P.NO.16479OF2025 , 0 ice and verified that, there are no entries of his ancestors family details pertaining to the subject land in Revenue records i.e., RSR. Manual c Manual 1B to prove his rights over the subject land i.e., y.No.767 extent Ac.4.12 cents of Munnelli village, B.Kodur Mandal”. 5. When the petitioner is in settled possession and enjoyment of the property, the petitioner cannot be dispossessed, without following due of law in view of the law declared by the Hon’ble Apex Court in “Rame Gowda (dead) by L.Rs. v. M.Varadappa Naidu (Dead) by L.Rs.'”. Therefore, if the petitioner is in possession of the subject property, the respondents directed not to evict/dispossess the petitioner from the subject except by following due process of law.
