The only prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.4/District Magistrate, Bhadohi to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2025. 2. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State that on the representation made by the petitioner a decision has already been taken by the S.D.M., Tehsil- Aurai, District Bhadohi on 21.01.2025, copy of which is appended along-with the writ petition as annexure-8 to the writ petition. Hence present writ petition has become infructuous and same is liable to be dismissed. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. Since the representation of the petitioner has already been decided hence present writ petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous. 5. It is made clear in case petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 21.01.2025 passed by S.D.M., Tehsil- Aurai, District Bhadohi, he is free to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the aforesaid order.
