JUSTICE MARLI VANKUNG ORDER 12.09.2025 Heard Mr. Vanlalnghaka, learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed the instant Interlocutory Application under Order XXII Rule 3, r/w Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 for the substitution of the writ petitioner, Mr. H. Lalthazova, who died on 15.03.2025, by his legally wedded wife Mrs. Lalhnuni, residents of Saron Veng, Aizawl. Ms. Lalnunhlui, learned Govt. Advocate is present and submits that they have no objection to the instant substitution application. In view of the above, this court finds it fit to allow the application and accordingly, Mr. H. Lalthazova (L) writ petitioner in WP(C) No. 48/2023 is substituted by his wife Mrs. Lalhnuni, resident of Saron veng, Aizawl. Accordingly, I.A. (Civil) No. 164/2024 stands allowed and disposed of.
