Case No. 54 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is married lady. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that petitioner could not have married the prosecutrix as she was married from before. Mr. Varun Prabhakar, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Topchanchi P.S.
