With the consent of the parties, the present matter is heard finally. 2. The petitioner has filed the present petition praying for the following relief(s): “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be 2 pleased to in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case writ petition filed by the petitioner on behalf of Machuwa Sahakari Samiti Baloda District Janjgir Champa be allowed and pleased to authorize the Machuwa Sahakari Samiti Baloda District- Janjgir- Champa registration no. 105 to breed the fishes at the tanks of namely Bhado Band, Malik Band, Babulal Talabpab, Bilasour Dabri, Chhoti Bandhiya, Badi Bandhiya, Masuliha and Koile Purena Talab. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 3. Brief facts of the case is that having been permitted by the Chief Executive Officer District- Panchayat and the prescribed authorized officer of the District- Janjgir Champa C.G. by an order dated 30.01.2019 vide Memo No. 1837/ Janjgir Champa Dated 30.01.2019 and having been permitted by an order dated 30.01.2019 for the grant of patta was given for the purpose of bidding of the business under the sub-ordinate tank gram panchayat and only on the basis of the proposal passed by the Nagar Panchayat Baloda of Block Baloda and in the meeting of Nagar Panchayat Baloda the proposal has been passed on 27.08.2018 and tenure patta had already been granted and that 3 according to the new fisheries policy of the year 2022 of the State of C.G. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he has given his representation to the Collector on 07.05.2025 which is still pending and no action has been taken upon it. He therefore prayed this Court to issue a direction to the Collector to decide his representation. 5. Learned State Counsel raised no objection in directing the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 7. Since the petitioner has prayed for the limited prayer of a direction to the respondent to decide his representation dated 07.05.2025 and the State Counsel has raised no objection upon this, therefore, the present Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 07.05.2025 as per law and rule. 8.
