Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record copy of decision rendered on 03.04.2024 in LPA No.445/2024 (HRTC & Ors. Vs. Ajmer Chand) and submits that the respondent would be implementing the aforesaid decision. That the judgment passed on 30.05.2024 in CWP No.4278/2024 (Ajmer Chand Vs. HRTC & Anr.) has already been implemented by the respondent by re-working the salary in terms thereof. Arrears due to the petitioner under the aforesaid decision shall also be paid within four weeks. 2. Taking note of the above, application to stand disposed of. Accordingly the proceedings are closed.
