GP FOR EDUCATION (AP) 2 The Court made the following ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “….to issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, call for the records relating to and connected with impugned proceedings in Rc.No.05/SPL/2017 dated 16.6.2017 of the 1st respondent and set aside the same by holding it as illegal, arbitrary, discrimination, unfair, unjust and contrary to the rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.1 Education Department dt.1.1.1994, orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.75,School Education Department dt.23.9.2002 and G.O.Ms.No.41 dt.30.6.2017 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider case and promote to the post of Telugu Pandit Grade I with all consequential benefits from the date on which the said post was filled up by direct recruitment….” 2.
