Also heard Mrs. Vanneihsiami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mizoram for the opposite party/State respondent. 2. By way of this instant Interlocutory Application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 21.07.2025, passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 23/2025, whereby, in condition number (iii) of the said order, it was inadvertently mentioned as regards the accused/applicant requiring to furnish photocopy of his/her Adhar Page No.# 2/2 Card/Pan Card, inasmuch as, the applicant is a resident of Chin Usi, Halkha, Myanmar. 3. It is accordingly submitted that the applicant being a resident of Myanmar, the applicant will not be able to partly fulfill the bail condition No.(iii) which mandates that the ‘accused shall furnish photocopy of his/her Adhar Card and Pan Card’ as the applicant is a Myanmar refugee. 4. It is accordingly submitted that the condition number (iii) of the bail order dated 21.07.2025 requires to be partly modified to the extent of requiring to furnish photocopy of the temporary identify card for Myanmar nationals. 5. Having regard to the above, in the interest of justice, the said condition number No. (iii) of the bail order dated 21.07.2025 accordingly, stands modified to the extent of the applicant requiring furnishing photocopy of temporary identity card for Myanmar nationals issued by Sub Divisional Officer (Sadar)/Nodal Officer in refugee, Hnahthial District, Hnahthial in lieu of Aadhaar/Epic Card. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the I.A. stands disposed of. 7. The order is to read together along with the order dated 21.07.2025 passed in Bail Appln No. 23/2025. 8.
