The petitioners have filed this petition seeking following reliefs : “10.1. It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the Petitioners from the possession of the respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2. Issue a writ/order/direction directing the Respondent Authorities to issue separate gradation lists for Durg Division for promotion from the post of Village Health Coordinator (Male) to the post of Male Supervisor and proceed thereafter. 0.3. Issue a writ/order/direction directing the Respondent Authorities to take decision regarding filling of vacant post of 2 Health Supervisor (Male) in the District Mahasamund of Raipur Division. 10.4. Learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his prayer and submission up to a direction to respondent No.2 to decide their pending representation dated 24.02.2025 filed by them for preparation of separate gradation list for Raipur & Durg Division. He would submit that the petitioners are working as Rural Health Organizer (Male) and posted at Community Health Centre, Saraipali and Sub Community Health Centre, Jhilmila, District Mahasamund respectively. Their seniority list would be prepared Division wise. They belong to Raipur Division. The seniority of Rural Health Organizer (Male) is to be prepared Division wise and in the State of Chhattisgarh every Division is preparing their separate seniority list Division wise, however, in Raipur and Durg Division they have prepared a common gradation list by which the seniority of petitioners are being affected and their promotional avenues would be defeated, for which, they have moved their representation dated 24.02.2025 before the respondent No.2, but the same has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that they have no objection if such a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide pending representation of the petitioners in accordance with law within a reasonable period. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioners 3 dated 24.02.2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. 5. The petitioners are directed to submit a copy of this order before the respondent No.2 within a week from today. 6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
