With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Medical Officer at Civil Hospital Udaipur, District Lahaul & Spiti. Her case is that on completion of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard & tribal area, she preferred a representation on 03.07.2025 to respondent No.1/competent authority seeking transfer to soft area of her preferred stations also detailing therein her adverse family circumstances, however, the said representation till date has not been decided by the aforesaid respondent/competent authority. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
