That by itself will not make the Society a local or other authority within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India and the Writ Petition cannot be maintained as against a private person. The rights of the petitioner can be agitated before the appropriate forum. 3. This Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
