CMP.No.5212 of 2025 in WA.SR.No.18097 of 2025 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J. AND K.RAJASEKAR,J. (Order of the court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Counsel for the respondents raised objection by stating that the reasons stated for condoning the delay of 179 days is insufficient. 2. However, this Court is of the considered opinion that the delay of 179 days cannot be construed as enormous and the reasons stated would be sufficient. Accordingly, delay stands condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. [S.M.S., J.] [K.R.S., J.] 26.03.2025 veda Note: Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
