Rizwan and others), arising out of Case Crime no. 0142 of 2021, under sections 376-D, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Hapur Dehat, District Hapur and the accused persons may be prosecuted for the above offences and shall be summoned to face trial and/or pass such order and further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. 3. Even previously on 17.2.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the applicant and in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned. On the said date it was directed that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right. Today again there is no representation on behalf of the applicant (s). 4.
