The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tebo P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 8(b), 18 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. On 19.02.2025, Tebo Police, on the basis of confidential information destructed poppy cultivation from village Songra. Petitioner was apprehended while he was attending the poppy field. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was hired as a daily wages worker to work in the poppy field. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2025. It was finally submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with Tebo P.S.
