JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER 28.08.2025 This application has been filed by the present applicants who are at Serial Nos. 9 & 12 in the impugned Notification No. TECHNICAL/1/2024-MPSC dated 30.07.2025. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the applicants Mrs. H. Lalmalsawmi, that the present applicants are not impleaded as party in the Page No.# 7/7 WP(C) No. 94 of 2025. However, by the Order dated 14.08.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 94 of 2025 the Court had directed that no appointment shall be made pursuant to the impugned notification dated 30.07.2025, issued by MPSC until further orders. And by this order the applicants herein have been affected as their appointment orders have also been held up. And accordingly it is prayed that they may be allowed to intervene in the WP(C) No. 94 of 2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 94 of 2025, Mr. AR Malhotra and Mrs. Linda L Fambawl, learned Addl. AG and also Ms. Daphne Lalhruaitluangi, learned counsel for the MPSC are present and have no objection to the said prayer. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants may be allowed to be impleaded as respondent No. 18 & 19 in WP(C) No. 94 of 2025.
