(Civil) No. 137/2024, heard Mr. Lalrokunga Pautu, learned counsel for the appellant, who submits that there are sufficient grounds for filing the appeal against the Judgment & Order dated 22.01.2024 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge-IV, Aizawl Judicial District, Aizawl in Heirship Certificate Case No. 646 of 2017, since the learned Trial Court had failed to apply the principle of estoppel against the respondent No. 2 and further had failed to consider the issues framed by striking off certain issues which were previously framed. Having heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Johny L. Tochhawng appears on behalf of the respondents.
