Even otherwise also, through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought quashment of order dated 19.06.2012 whereby respondent no. 6 has been engaged as Anganwari Worker in Angwanwari Centre, Rana Mohalla Municipal Community Ward No. 2, Panchayat Gahan, Sarthal, Kishtwar and the Court has been pleased to issue notice to the respondents way back on 24.09.2012 and respondent no. 6 has been held to be entitled subject to the outcome of CMA. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today nor any effort has been made on part of the petitioner to get the instant petition listed. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition which is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution along with all connected application(s).
