The petitioner applied to the respondents seeking issuance of certificate declaring her as deserted woman / divorced woman so that she can avail the benefits under the Government Welfare Scheme. 3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
