1. This is the first bail application.
2. The appellant has preferred instant appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989 (for short ‘the Atrocities Act, 1989’) read with Section 480(2) of the BNSS, 2023, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.54/2020, registered at Police Station Dongargaon, District Rajnandgaon (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 323, 307, 302/149 IPC, Section 3(2)(v) of the Atrocities Act, 1989 and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.
3. This appeal arises out of Order dated 28.4.2025 passed by learned Special Judge under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2025.07.14 16:27:44 +0530
2 Act, Rajnandgaon (CG), by which the appellant’s application for grant of bail has been rejected.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is some defect in the instant criminal appeal, hence, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this criminal appeal.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection in allowing the prayer of learned counsel for the appellant.
6. On due consideration, permission is granted to withdraw this appeal.
