Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed. 3.It is well settled that challenge to a show cause notice should not ordinarily be entertained. The petitioner has given his objections. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader states that the third respondent before passing final order will definitely take into account the writ petitioner's objections given on 29.09.2025. If any adverse order is passed, the petitioner is very much having statutory remedy by an appeal. If necessary, even a fresh writ petition may also be filed on the same cause of action. I therefore do not find any ground to interfere at this stage. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No MGA 3/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.30340 of 2025 To 1.The Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board, 119, Uthamar Gandhi Salai, Nungampakkam, Chennai – 600 034. 2.The Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board, Ellis Nagar, Madurai. 3.The Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board, Ellis Nagar, Madurai. 4.The Registrar of Societies, District Registrar, Madurai South, Madurai District. 4/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.30340 of 2025 G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.
