The present contempt petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in WPS No. 5967/2022 in which a direction was given to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 06.08.2021 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction was given to decide the pending representation of the petitioner to the respondent No.2 Director Health Services Atal Nagar, Raipur whereas 2 the representation of the petitioner has been decided by the Joint Director Health Services, Raipur which is in violation of the order passed by coordinate bench of this Court in which WPS No. 5967/2022 which is contemptuous and the notice have been issued to the respondent for the same. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the document annexed with the petition. 5. From perusal of the document (Annexure C-4) annexed with the petition, it transpires that pending representation of the petitioner has been decided by the Office of the Directorate Health Services by which the representation of the petitioner has been rejected on 30.11.2022. By the order under contempt the coordinate bench of this Court has passed following order in Para-4 that: "Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and further considering that the representation submitted by the petitioner was received by the office of respondent No.3 on 06.08.2021 and as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, the same is still undecided, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court." 6. With a direction was given to the office of Directorate Health Services, Raipur to decide the pending representation of the petitioner, the same has been decided by the Office of Directorate Health Services, Raipur on 30.11.2022 in which, I do not find any willful violation of the order 3 under contempt that the authorities have not decided the representation of the petitioner. 7.
