These Applications are for condonation of delay of over 500 days in restoration of First Appeals, which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections. 2. Learned Counsel for Applicants, on instructions, makes statement that Applicants-Claimants will not claim any interest on the enhanced amount, if granted, for the period from the date of dismissal of the Appeals till its restoration. 3. The Appeals are filed for enhancement of the compensation against the compulsory acquisition of the land belonging to the Appellants. No mala fides can be attributed to the Applicants for not preferring Applications in time. The voluntary statement made by the Counsel for the Appellants of not claiming interest on the enhanced amount for the period from the date of dismissal of the Appeal till its restoration, takes care of the grievance of the Respondents. Hence, Applications are allowed in terms of payer clause ‘B’. 5. Learned Counsel for Applicants undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. If objections are removed, Appeals be registered. In failure thereof, Appeals shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 6.
