The above application has been filed by the petitioner/applicant seeking directions to the respondent/DDA to comply with the direction of this Court as contained in the order dated 10.07.2025. In view of the grievance articulated in the application, it is directed that notice which has been annexed as Annexure A-1 to the present application shall be treated as notice to the present applicant with regard to the petitioner’s property comprised in Khasra No.120, admeasuring 2 Bighas, situated in the Revenue Village Satbari, Tehsil Mehrauli, New Delhi. 6. Let reply to the notice be given by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today. 7. Thereafter, petitioner shall be afforded a personal hearing by the Deputy Director (Land Management, South Zone-III), Delhi on 18.08.2025. 8.
