The petitioner preferred the instant MCC for modification of the SOURABH BHILWAR Digitally signed by SOURABH BHILWAR Date: 2025.06.13 10:58:23 +0530 2 / 2 order dated 23-04-2025 passed in WPS No.2710 of 2025 on the ground that in the said order at para 1, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has been superannuated as Executive Engineer, “Municipal Corporation, Chirmiri” instead of “Municipal Corporation, Champa” and in the last line of para 1, retiral benefits like “gratuity, P.F. e.t.c.” has been typed out instead of “time bound pay scale”. 3. On due consideration, para 1 of the order dated 23-04-2025 passed in WPS No. 2710 of 2025 is modified as under : “The petitioner has attained the age of superannuation on the last serving post of Executive Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Champa on 31/03/2023. The petitioner has made a representation before the respondent authorities for getting the service benefits like time bound pay scale.” 4. The other part of the order passed in WPS No.2710 of 2025 shall remain unaltered. 5. With the aforesaid modifications, the instant MCC stands disposed of. 6.
