Chaturvedy, Advocate For the State :- Mr. Pankaj Kumar, Advocate ---- 04/02.09.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandu (Kujju) P.S. Case No.77 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 and 120B of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false case has been lodged against the petitioner. He submits that the informant has lodged the case firstly under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act against one of the accused namely Md. Asgar Ansari and in the present case the petitioner has also been implicated and in view of that the anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 2025:JHHC:26581 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5036 of 2025 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that serious allegations are there against the petitioner of taking Rs.25,00,000/- for providing job of each of the children of the complainant. 5. Looking into the contents of the complaint petition, it transpires from paragraph No.6 that the accused persons have came to the house of the complainant on 07.07.2021 and told that his connection are in Supreme Court and they can provide government job to children which clearly suggests the petitioner has taken the money in the name of providing the job to the children. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
