The settlement has been facilitated by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and is on record of this Court. The Court has perused the settlement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable. The said settlement has been signed by the parties and countersigned by their respective counsels. 3. It is noted that Shri Rajinder Kumar has also executed the agreement as a confirming party, which has been countersigned by his counsel as well, considering that he executed a Settlement Agreement dated 20th January 2025 This is a digitally signed order.
