Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. Petitioners made an application for transfer on mutual ground in offline mode on 21st March, 2025 and prayer is made for consideration of such offline application seeking transfer. However, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has submitted that portal for mutual transfer of primary teachers was opened on and from 31st December, 2024. Therefore, petitioners are required to make application online on the designated portal. In view of respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioners to make application for transfer on designated portal by fortnight from date. If such application is made within the aforesaid time, Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no.4 is directed to decide online application of the petitioners by four weeks thereafter. The decision to be taken by the respondent no.4 shall be communicated to the petitioners by ten days thereafter. Documents filed in support of putting in deficit court fee are taken on record.
