The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police, after receipt of the complaint, conducted a preliminary enquiry as per Section 173(3) and have closed the issue, treating it as civil in nature and a financial dispute between the petitioner and third parties. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
