Mr.Hari Babu Maguluri, learned Standing Counsel submits that appellant had put up total service of thirteen (13) years in Vizianagaram District, in all cadres, impugned transfer order has been issued that after giving opportunity to the appellant, the said order had been issued and there are no grounds to interfere with the impugned transfer order, submits that there are some vacancies in the nearby stations. 5. Considering the submissions made, instead of going into merits of the case, the Writ Appeal is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent No.2 consider the case of the appellant for posting in such vacancy, subject to administrative exigencies.
