The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent has placed on record a proceedings of the first respondent dated 26.08.2025, wherein, pension had been sanctioned in favour of the 7th respondent. 4. In view of the same, there is no further adjudication is required to be made in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 26.08.2025. No costs.
