Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by State of H.P. & Ors. Vs. Surajmani & Ors.2 Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners have filed representations on 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-3- colly) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of their grievances raised in this writ petition. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law and in terms of the above decision, within a period of six weeks from today.
