Zothansanga, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a meeting was held in the Office Chamber of the ADC/CALA, Keifangtlang on 08.11.2024 between all the stake holders and the meeting was chaired by the Addl. DC & CALA, Champhai. He submits that the parties have come to an amicable settlement in terms of the minutes recorded in the said meeting which was duly signed by the parties concerned. In this connection, the learned counsel has produced the meeting minutes dated 08.11.2024. The learned counsel therefore submits that he has instructions not to press the Writ Petition. Ms. Zairemsangpuii, learned CGC appearing for respondent No. 1, Ms. Vanneihsiami, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for respondent No. 6 and Mr. C. Zoramchhana, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4 agreed Page No.# 3/3 to the submission. In view of above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as not pressed. Since the meeting minutes dated 08.11.2024 is not satisfactorily legible, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall submit a typed copy of the meeting minutes alongwith a photocopy of the original before the Registry within the course of the day, and the same shall be marked as ‘X’ for identification.
