This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer for quashing of FIR No.205/2016 registered at Police Station Aravali Vihar, District Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 354-A of IPC and Sections 3(1)(X)(XI) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submit the latest factual report dated 05.02.2023 and the same is taken on record. 3. As per the factual report, in pursuance of the investigation in the impugned FIR, charge-sheet against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 354 of IPC and [2025:RJ-JP:36970] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3174/2016] Section 3(1)(X)(XI) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has already been submitted before concerned trial Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner avail other legal remedies in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the liberty, as aforesaid. 6. Stay application and any other pending applications also stand disposed of.
