2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that co-accused Green Yadav took photo of the sister of informant and made it posted on facebook with obscene song. When informant protested then this petitioner alongwith other eight named accused persons armed with iron rod, bhala, lathi, hockey stick came to the house of informant and started abusing and assaulting him, as a result of which informant sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner except that he is a member of group and had gone to the house of informant. Informant sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur (Yadopur) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
