The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17/ 21(b) /22(b)/25/27/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge (Spl. N.D.P.S. Act), Hazaribag. It was submitted that 35 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of petitioner and co accused persons. It was further submitted that quantum of seized brown sugar come within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge (Spl.
