JUSTICE MARLI VANKUNG ORDER 08.10.2025 Heard Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel for the applicant / appellant who has prayed for stay of the operation of the impugned Judgment & Order dated 21.03.2024 in Civil Suit No. 10 of 2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) – II since irreparable loss will be caused to the applicant if the steps are taken in terms of the Judgment and Order. Mr. C. Zoramchhana, learned counsel for the private respondent No. 1 and Ms. Lalnunhlui, learned Govt. Advocate for the State respondents have not objected to status quo being maintained over the disputed property in question. Accordingly, this Court find it fit to stay the operation of the impugned Judgment & Order dated 21.03.2024, in Civil Suit No. 10 of 2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) – II and status quo should be maintained over the property in question, till the disposal of the connected RFA No. 26 of 2024.
