Heard Mr. Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned Spl. P.P. 2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in B.P. No.386 of 2025 arising out of Manatu P.S. Case No.10 of 2021 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that on an allegation that the extremists were extorting levy from the brick kiln owners, a raid was conducted by the Police which resulted in an encounter with the extremists and subsequently, three of the extremists were apprehended. 4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that he has been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused persons. It has further been submitted that one of the co-accused Akhilesh Yadav @ Butan Manjhi @ Gautamjee has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No.106 of 2023. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 03.05.2025. 5. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant and has submitted that the appellant has got 11 criminal antecedents. 2025:JHHC:24572-DB 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in B.P. No.386 of 2025 corresponding to Manatu P.S. Case No.10 of 2021 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Manatu P.S.
